Nestled in the
Wet Mountain Valley of south central Colorado just 10 minutes
north of Westcliffe/Silver Cliff, this area is named after Elton
Beckwith who settled near here in 1869. His home is a frequently
photographed attraction along Colorado Highway 69 and has been
undergoing an historical renovation since 2001.
Because of close
proximity to the property, owners can enjoy whitewater rafting
on the Arkansas River, fishing, skiing, and hiking on the Beckwith
common area or in the nearby National Forest or Government
BLM lands.
Beckwith Mountain Ranch is close to a number of Colorado towns
