Each parcel has access to underground
electric power and telephone service that is installed along
the roads in the Beckwith development. Depending
on the parcel, some property owners have to pay a tap fee that
supported the initial installation of these utilities.

Colorado law, each 35-acre property owner is entitled to drill
a water well on their property.
Where is the Beckwith Sales Office ?
The
sales office is located 4 miles north of Westcliffe, Colorado on
Highway 69 across from the Historic Beckwith Homestead. This
homestead is a famous county/state landmark with its white buildings
and red roofs. The homestead is currently in the process
of restoration. The "Friends of Beckwith" are seeking
to place this landmark on the National Historical Society and Colorado
Historical Society register.
