The beautiful and rugged expanse of the Sangre de Cristo Mountain Range is one of the longest, tallest, and straightest mountain ranges in the world.  The peaks surpass 14,000 feet on the southern end.  There are over 105 miles of hiking trails, with 52 clear water lakes along the way.  The base of these mountains are less than 9 miles for the Beckwith Mountain Ranch properties.
